HOW IT WORKS:

INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE FOLLOW

1. Shower with your regular soap first to remove the first layer of dirt and buildup. Always begin spiritual work on a physically clean body.
   
2. Wash your body with the Power Of The Sea Bar soap or the power Of The Sea Body Wash (You can also use the soap to wash your hair) while praying for clearance, clarity and renewal. Take a few breaths and let the aroma wash away your stress.
3. Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of warm water.
4. Add the suggested amount of the Blue Sea Wash to the bucket and mix well. (Pour half the wash in the bucket for 16 oz and for 8 oz pour everything in the bucket.) Add a small handful of Consecrated Sea Salt and mix again. Pray and read PSALM 51 before beginning the bath.
5. Using a bowl, scoop and pour the mixture over your body from head to toe while rubbing the water downward as it runs down your body. (Make sure you wash your face with it as well).
6. As the water runs down your body, visualize all negativity, emotional heaviness, confusion, stress, and stagnant energy being washed away, leaving you refreshed, purified, and spiritually renewed. 
7. When you come out the shower lightly mist yourself with the energy cleansing spray.
8. Allow your body to air dry. Do not rinse off. Do not shower for 24-72 hours. Clean up with wet wipes or a clean rag if needed.
9. Burn the White Sage Incense in a safe holder and allow the smoke to move throughout your home, especially in corners, doorways, closets, and sleeping areas to clear lingering energy.
10. Spray the Energy Cleansing Spray throughout your home and especially in high-traffic or emotionally heavy areas to maintain ongoing purification.
11. AFTER CLEANSING, ACTIVATE YOUR CANDLE. PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR CANDLE.
